 We make every effort to remove spots, but some spots/stains are permanent and we DO NOT guarantee their removal. Stains that don’t come out, usually appear better.  Certain stains do not respond to standard cleaning and spot removal methods. A special chemical treatment (additional charge) will be needed. Obviously there’s no obligation for special stain removal treatment. It’s your call. If you authorize special treatment, we only charge you if the stains are gone or improved 80-90%.
